I interview customers and learn about their pain points, how they use the equipment, and their perceptions of the industry. I stay on the pulse of the industry and current topics that matter to customers.
I then use this information to inform my content marketing strategy and develop relevant customer stories, white paper, technical articles, and industry columns.
